It is the customer's responsibility to read the terms and conditions carefully before placing orders.

Minimum Order Policy

Simply in Style can only process orders with the Total Order Amount, excluding shipping and handling charges, exceeding the minimum of $100.

Return Policy

Our return policy is simple. Within 2 weeks of purchase, you may return damage or broken item in its original package for an exchange and refund with R.M.A. number. Please, contact us and get R.M.A number. If you return item without R.M.A. number, we will refuse your returning box. When we receive returning item, we will process your credit or exchange.

• Simply email or call us. You will be provided with the address for product returns.
• o You must include the original invoice with the items you are returning. Please be sure to specify, on the invoice, the reason for return and indicate if your return is for an exchange or refund. If you choose to have your items exchanged, please note the exact item for exchange. Please be advised, only original order items may be returned for exchange or refund; exchange items may not be returned for exchange or refund.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all S&H charges incurred for returning any products.

Shipping & Handling

Simplyinstyle.com offers Ground, Three day Select, Second day Air and Next Day Delivery. Shipping charges vary depending on destination and weight.

You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

We accept orders until 10 AM EST on any given business day.

In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.

Order Cancelation

If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with your order, simply return the items according to our return policy.

Shipping & Handling Fees and Delivery Time:

**50% or **30% Discount rate applies only to UPS shipping charges. Simplyinstyle handling charges may still apply.

Ground: Standard delivery for most items is about 3-10 business days (conditional to state location).
Shipping charge will be added to all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other International destinations.
Three day Select: Scheduled delivery is the third business day. (Request by E-mail/Phone/Fax)
Second Day Air: Scheduled delivery is the second business day. (Request by E-mail/Phone/Fax)
Next Day: Scheduled delivery is the next business day. (Request by E-mail/Phone/Fax)

Sales Tax:

California State law requires us to charge sales tax on all orders sent within California State. If you are a reseller, you must fax us your reseller certificate from the State of California and you will not be charged any sales tax.
